Testimonials

I have been treated by Samantha for over 3 years. Initially I had neck and shoulder problems. Sam treated me after a cervical laminectomy, pre and post operatively, advising and monitoring my rehabilitative regime.

I have degenerative spinal stenosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I require regular physio follow ups to maintain mobility. After I had my lumbar fusion surgery a year ago, Sam has been my encouraging motivation to regain mobility and reduce my pain.

Sam has become a friend as well as my valued therapist. She always makes a plan!

Living a very active life and working full time as an ECP Paramedic, it’s essential I take care of my body and well-being.

Recently I sustained an injury which I made a distress call to Sam for an urgent Physiotherapy appointment. She made a plan to fit me in. In the 45 minute first appointment she worked thoroughly and had me walking upright again by the end of it.

Within the next few days I was back to my normal daily duties and training.

Thanks Sam!
